Automating lookups to update stock automatically every day for Shopify store

I'd want to automate my inventory levels so Im never out of stock. Currently I have 5 suppliers and have to update the stock levels by CSV everyday to shopify using lookups, which is time consuming and if I forget one day I can be out of stock... Can this be automated?
