Automating invoicing by converting excel files to pdf's, zipping the folders, then emailing out

This will involve: 1 - Arranging the excel invoices into folders, 2 - Generating pdf copies of the excel invoices, 3 - Making zip files containing the invoices (both excel files and pdf's), 4 - Emailing the invoices out to my customers.
