Automating Microsoft Project to outlook Macros

I have a VB macro set.
What it does is Once the taks are selected in the project, it will generate an email template where it extracts the primary and secondary emails from the project files.
Issue: only primary is populating in the “To” field in outlook. Secondary is not working.
I want to have both primary and secondary contacts from the project plan into the “To” field and remove any duplicate emails.
