Automating Employee Scheduling using Excel/Google Sheets

I need an excel which can be used to schedule employee weekly shifts considering the shift request.
a. 2 shifts, day and night.
b. 3 person per shift (3 day + 3 night)
c. 3 duty off per day, this request should be considered while making the schedule. (separate sheet can be given for pasting the request for each day.)
d. for night shift, next day will be night off.
