Automatic Technical Service Report

We want to create an automatic technical service report for our service engineers to use and to be given to a customer instantly on site. The report would spit out actions for the customer depending on the results which are populated into the report. The data input would have upper and lower limits such as pH reading to which responses will be generated if the results are outside these limits etc. There is a few different test methods which would require specific routes & actions if they are within or out of specification.
