Automated Reporting Macro for Excel

I need a skilled Excel macro developer to create a macro that can automate reporting on my construction bid tab data. The construction bid tab document is already created, we need someone who can help us create an excel based bid comparison tool that has the following abilities:
- All data ties to a cover page that could be printed for customers.
- All data should have the ability to be manipulated on a cover page.
- Each bid would have a setup page that you could customize for what scopes are included, location, duration, market sector, insurance rate, fees, etc.
- Each scope of work or trade has a tab that you could input comparison data for multiple subcontractors
- Forecasting General Conditions tab that ties to cover page
- Forecasting Fee tab that ties to all data
- Ability to tie final budget to budget input sheet for auto desk construction cloud.  These codes would be isolated in the bid tabs for individual subs as well

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Excel and VBA programming
- Previous experience with creating automated reporting macros
- Understanding of construction bid data
