Automated Microsoft Forms Results Processing

I require a system to automate the processing of results from Microsoft Forms. This includes generating reports in Excel and sending automatic emails via Outlook based on the results.
For example if the answer to one of the questions on the microsoft form is "NO" an email will automatically send to a specific email address with other key data from the microsoft form.
Key requirements:
- Create an automated system to generate Excel reports from Microsoft Forms results.
- Develop a mechanism for sending automatic emails through Outlook based on the data.
- Ensure the system is user-friendly and efficient.
Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Forms, Excel and Outlook.
- Previous experience in automation of data processing preferred.
