Automated File and Folder renaming macros

We have raw folder attached and output folder attached
The Raw folder and the folder and file inside need to be renamed with the refrerence name given in the excel attached the first file in the folder will be -1, then -2 and so no
This is just a sample we will have many folders like this so need a macros which we can use and put it in excel
The raw folder can have other folders in it or have other multiple files in it
The files inside mostly will be in jpg and png format
