Automated Data Entry Workflow Creation

I'm looking for a proficient individual to create a power automate workflow in office 365. The workflow should be integrated with a master Excel file, other Excel files, a location and website through API.
Key Requirements:
- Integration with Office 365, Excel files, API and Tookan
- Development of automated data entry function
- Daily trigger operation
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Power Automate in an Office 365 environment
- Experience with Excel and API integrations
- Knowledge of workflow automation and scheduling, particularly daily triggers
- Familiarity with Tookan API would be an advantage
