Automate web form entry from excel

Forms have dynamic data where some fields have textbox, some have drop down in the same field depending on a rule name.

I can show the web app and excel sheet.

In some cases we have to do the reverse as well...scrape form data and save into excel.



Need this work done using rpa tool like uipath.

Need someone to implement this in week or two.
