Automate some charts

I am looking for somebody to help me automate some charts in Excel. These charts are bubble charts.
Luckily, I already have the data required, so the freelancer will not have to gather it themselves. I am asking that the charts be delivered in an Excel format.
The job requires strong knowledge of advanced Excel concepts and tools. Attention to detail is a must, and I expect the results to be precise. I am looking for someone who has a track record of handling similar jobs and can finish the project in a timely manner.
