Automate google sheet database

Hello I have a google sheet with 3 database and a global database. We created a form that is link with the 3 database (sheets) and the global database(sheet). We want to be able to search, delete and modify the 4 database from the main form. We were able to make the form work only with one database (Etat de Parc Mobile) but not able to make it modify the others mapping. We were able to make only the search work and want to make modify, delete and add new work as well.

We were able to make the search drop down work for only "Recherche No. de ligne" but would like to make the the Recherche Matricule and Recherche Equipement work like the Recherche No. de ligne.
