Automate flow plan using excel and dropbox

Requirements Understanding
1. 1. We need a system for the end client to monitor the stocks, sales, order and enquires.
2. This system will be cloud based system built in Microsoft Excel and dropbox.
3. 5 users sales, admin, accounts, driver and IT
. IT user for create this software using IT account
. driver user dashboard showing only driver schedule (when admin approve automate to driver schedule)
4. Admin and sales and IT user can manage the overall system along with some master tables like, Add/Update/Delete customers, Add/Update/Delete products, etc.
5. Employee (Team Members) user can add the entries into the tables like new Orders, Complaints, Enquires, etc. example I item sale we remove from sheet it will reflect to another sheet also, this software not for user
6. Entries will be done manually by employee and admin in respective tables ( IT can do all)
7. Dashboard will have consolidated view of everything for both the users for drivers different dashboard
