Automate data base Google sheets self employed mobile bartending service

I am in need of assistance to automate a database within Google Sheets for my self employed mobile bartending service. The specific task I need to automate is data entry, and I require that it be integrated with financial software and Square up invoicing and contracts in order to automatically enter into Google sheets. I require the automation to run daily to ensure that data is up to date.
