Automate Training Reports with Data Science

I need a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or AI/ML Engineer to help automate our training reports. These reports are submitted to our clients for training programs. The data is currently in Excel spreadsheets.

The reports should include:
- Training introduction and details
- Module structure and trainer details
- Visualization and analysis of students' attendance, feedback, and assessments

Visualizations should primarily use bar /pie charts etc.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R)
- Experience with data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong Excel skills
- Familiarity with automation tools and techniques
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
