Automate Reporting Process to Web Dashboard

I need an IT consultant/software programmer to automate our current processes of Sale executive incentive, Ceo Incentive , Vehicle Funds Availability Sheet, Expenses Tracking, which we're managing in Excel, into a web-based live dashboard.
Requirements:
- The dashboard should primarily present data in tables and lists.
- It will need to pull data from several sources: database exports, Tally exports, and Dealer Management System exports.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in web-based dashboard development
- Strong experience with data integration from various sources, especially database exports and Tally
- Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems
- Expertise in data visualization, particularly in creating tables and lists
- Strong programming skills, preferably in languages commonly used for web development and data integration
