Automate Data Import to Tally from Files
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I'm in need of a skilled freelancer who can help me in automating data impot into Tally Prime Gold software. The data comes from both Excel files and PDF files.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setup an interface to facilitate 1 click data entry from excel & .pdf files into Tally as per Indian accounting standards
- The data to be imported would include Invoices, bank books, purchase bills, payment vouchers and all other types of accounting entries
- The interface should enable the accountant to check if the entries are correct before they are passed onto Tally
- Ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Testing the data to minimize errors
Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in Tally Prime Gold software
- Experience in accounts & finance is required to understand scope of work
- Experience in process automation projects involving excel
- Experience in process automation involving reading data from pdf files
- Ability to handle Excel and PDF files
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Excellent time management and adherence to deadlines
