Automate 8-K Data Extraction

I need an automated Excel solution to pull company guidance data from 8-K earnings press releases on Edgar.

Requirements:
- Extract company guidance data: revenue forecasts and earnings forecasts
- Capture data as soon as a company releases an 8-K
- Display raw data in Excel
