Automação do arquivo Excel no projeto

I just need a professional with advanced knowledge of Excel to convert this simple spreadsheet into a fully automated version with self-filling of all existing percentages and accounts, where I would just need to populate with the information in the table and the rest would be done and calculated automatically.
