Auto Timestamp Columns E & F

In this project, I am looking for a skilled professional who can automate the process of adding a timestamp in one of my data columns every time another column is edited.
Main tasks involve:
- Setting up a feature that triggers a timestamp in Column F when Column E is altered.
- The timestamp format should be set to follow the format: Date and Time (MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SS).
