Auto Populating Google Sheets tabs

I need to automatically populate a list to a 'master tab' on my google sheets workbook. The workbook will have 3 tabs. 1)MASTER TAB which will show all open orders. 2)Orders tab - which will show all entered work orders. 3) Completed Orders Tab - Which will be where all the completed orders will go for referencing at a later date.
The master tab will only show open orders and will be protected. It will automatically populate from the date input on the 'orders tab'.
The 'orders tab' will be where my employee inputs the orders. There will be a checkbox column titled 'completed' that once selected will automatically move the row to the 'completed orders' tab.
Additionally I need make sure the 'master tab' shows the list at the top of the page and there are no blank rows as the items are completed. It should be a constantly updating 'master tab'
