Auto-Emailer Development using VBA Macros

We will break this activity into two broad phases:​

1) Filling table in Excel for email fields – An Excel table needs to be created outlining the various fields and their values, necessary for this purpose. ​

2) Interface – A file containing the relevant macro(s) needs to be developed, which will have an easy user interface. Bare minimum inputs (for example, username and password of the sender's email id) need to be specified by the user. Thereafter, he will click a button and the macros will trigger the emails. ​
​
NOTE: The emails will be triggered through Outlook. Therefore, implementation of Outlook is of utmost important. ​

I am looking for a developer who can create an auto-emailer using VBA Macros for Outlook. The ideal candidate should have experience in VBA Macros and Outlook.

Features:
- The auto-emailer should send emails based on specific triggers
- Triggers should be based on a specific event that occurs in the system
- The type of triggers to initiate the auto-email will be specified by me

Requirements:
- Experience in VBA Macros and Outlook
- Ability to create an automated system for email sending based on specific triggers
- Experience in handling large amounts of data in Excel
