Asset management excel sheet

I am looking for someone who can design a asset management excel sheet to keep track of uniforms , helmet, gloves etc.
It should be able to track which employee has which asset and how many quantity
Also, it should be able to give an highlight alert when any particular quantity is below the set quantity in stock.
The excel should also have a sheet to keep track of expiry date of the ID cards
