Art Team - Manage Custom Graphic Work for Printing Company

We are an online business that prints license plates, socks, desk mats, etc. Customers email their graphics, we prepare them and put them on a template, and then push them into production. This person will be in charge of: 1. Send a premade email to customer saying "We got your graphics and working on this, etc.". 1. Place customer's graphic on product template, save file into our Business Dropbox Folder. 2. Send mock-up to customer via email (If needed) 3. Input dropbox link url into our back and push to production or send for customer review (if requested). SKILL REQUIREMENTS - Intermediate Adobe Photoshop Skills - Tracking Orders in Excel - Reliable & Respectful - English writing skills, when you need to reply to a customer, such as "Hey, this logo isn't high quality, can you please send another". We have a bunch of premade email templates but this is very helpful. This is a long term position, we want someone to be part of the team.
