Area Calculations from coordinates

Hi i have a project regarding area calculations, I'm looking for a mathematical & excel expert who can write a equation for this problem.
Below mentioned some points -
1) Calculating area using Simpsons 1/3rd Rule Or Tripozoidal Rule's.
2) Fill and cut area calculate seperate in excel
3) 5 type of section consider as a condition, Type A - if green line above white line then it's a cut and fill area formula like that...
