Architectural specifications assistant
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I write architectural specifications. The specifications describe the materials and products to be used for the construction of buildings. I need an assistant to do the following:
Search for manufacturers online based on the list that I provide. Provide links to the websites for those manufacturers.
Find technical specifications, technical data sheets, and other information within the manufacturers website and provide links
Download free word or PDF files from the website and save them to a Microsoft OneDrive or Google drive folder that I will provide. These files are free because they want us to specify their products.
Format the downloaded word files to a simple word format that I will provide and save in a separate folder on OneDrive or Google drive.
Provide links to all information in an excel spreadsheet that I will provide.
I would like a price per hour to complete this work.
I will have the work ready to begin in approximately 14 hours (10pm EST Saturday April 9) I expect it to be 4 to 6 hours of work. I need it complete by 3 PM EST on tomorrow April 10.
