Arabic fonts having problem of Unicode when exported from Zoho as CSV

I have exported CSV file from Zoho CRM and it lost Arabic Characters and it become Unknoown letters to me .

I will submit an excel file with sample record
If you solve it . Just show me the prove and I will award you the task and you will teach me how .
