Analyzing, deploying and developing reports to meet enterprise wide needs

I am looking for someone who can help me analyze, deploy, and develop reports that meet my enterprise's financial needs. Specifically, I need financial reports that can be generated using Tableau as the preferred reporting tool. The final report should be in an Excel Spreadsheet format.
