Analyze Patient Demographics in Excel
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need an experienced Excel analyst to work with a set of patient records and pull out clear insights on ethnicity and nationality only—no other variables matter for this task. The source files arrive in typical CSV and XLSX formats, but they may contain duplicate entries, inconsistent spellings, and blank fields that first have to be cleaned.
After cleaning, I want a concise demographic snapshot: counts, percentages, and any relevant visualisations that help non-technical colleagues grasp the diversity of our patient population at a glance. Feel free to lean on PivotTables, Power Query, or simple formulas—whatever produces accurate results quickly.
Deliverables
• A cleaned, de-duplicated dataset focused on ethnicity and nationality
• PivotTable(s) or dynamic tables showing counts and percentages for each category
• One worksheet with clear charts (bar or pie) that auto-update if the data refreshes
• A brief note (can be inside the workbook) explaining any assumptions or transformation steps
Completion will be accepted once the workbook opens without errors, the numbers reconcile with a spot-check of raw data, and the visuals adjust correctly when new patient rows are added.
