Amend and fix a already created Excel spread sheet for my Real estate business.

Report Summary Tab Select Year- Don't want to lose old data/ Like to create future years and years missing, it only goes up to 2017 with the graphs. Like to have accessibility to 2030 creations of deals. Appears to be an Error (Ex-invoicing costs #N/A) Sometimes I don't have any so not sure if this is an error or the way it should appear.
Pipeline tab-When status is closed like to have line go all red as it is now, I manually make it red, Like to have green for active, yellow for pending status and red for close status automatically. Don't need to see previous years in this tab, as you can see i have some from 2009. Definitely need some things fixed that I think are formatting incorrectly currently, any other creative ideas to change or add will be welcome. since most of it is already created I don't want to spend a lot to fix. one time fee please. thank you I have some other stuff I will need done too if this works out, I am creating a list of homes that I will need to stay in contact with owners to see if they want to sell in the near future so it will need to be able to be uploaded in my CRM format or some format that works with mailers and postcards I can up load and as I add properties I can determine what is new and what is old when uploading to some mailer or post card company but that is next project.
