Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented freelancer to help upload products to our Amazon store. This is an ongoing role with consistent work for the right person.
You will be responsible for gathering product information using provided URLs, formatting listings properly, and applying correct shipping rules based on product class and location.
Tasks Include:
Open Excel Spreadsheet
Each product is listed in a spreadsheet with a URL to the product from our warehouse website.
Copy & Paste Product URL into Google
Instead of clicking directly, copy the link and paste it into Google Search to find the product listing.
Extract Product Information
From the product page:
Copy the title
Copy the description
Copy the price
Download all product images
Upload Product to Amazon Seller Central
Create a new listing using the gathered info.
Ensure formatting is clean and professional.
Categorize product appropriately.
Apply Shipping Cost Rules
Check the spreadsheet for any shipping class (e.g., “bulky”).
If no class is listed, apply a flat rate of $14.99.
If a class is listed, refer to our Shipping Rate Table and enter region-based pricing as required.
