Airtable Script for Parent-Child Data Combination

I'm seeking a proficient scriptwriter to design an Airtable script that can effectively combine data from a single table that consists of parent-child relationships. The main task for this script will be to focus on combining data from the parent-child and combining it onto 1 row each.
Specifically, the required updates will involve:
- Combining Parent and all children data onto same row
- Taking DOB field and splitting into a Month field and a Year field
- The end result should be a base where I can upload a new CSV and it outputs the desired result into a new table that I can download a csv from
