Airtable Consultant for Collaboration Project
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm looking for a skilled Airtable expert to assist with various aspects of my collaborative project. The main objective is to leverage Airtable to enhance our teamwork and streamline our data management processes.
Key Tasks:
We aggregated all the data in 1 excel sheet
so what is needed is to transfer thet to Airtable (we have an account already) and just do the search function as follows
Search by criteria (Pull down menu and search boxes by keyword)
3 user levels:
a- Super Admin (can create users and assign role)
b- Editor (can Add/edit data & can download excel data of the search
c- User can only search (cannot download data)
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Airtable: A deep understanding of the platform is essential, particularly in handling moderate data structures with multiple tables and relationships.
- Data Management Expertise: Experience in data management and structuring is crucial to ensure that our data is organized and accessible.
- Workflow Automation Skills: Ability to automate and optimize workflows within Airtable.
- Report Generation Abilities: Prior experience creating reports from databases.
- Strong Communication: As this is a collaborative project, excellent communication skills are vital to ensure that the team is on the same page.
