Advanced Training Progress Tracker
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm in need of a sophisticated product that can pull and analyze employee training data from multiple Excel files. The main purpose of this tracker is to keenly observe and report on the completion status of various training areas. Any training that remains incomplete should be fed into another excel tab.
That tab should incorporate the following information:
- Employee's Names
- Incomplete training
There should be another tab where a user is able to input a first and last name and generate the training status of any single employee.
The data will come from multiple .csv or .xlsx files in a designated folder with designated file names.
Freelancers with expertise in data management, extensive knowledge in Excel, and experience developing tracking systems are highly preferred. Familiarity with functions, particularly training and development, would also be beneficial in understanding the needs and nuances of this project.
