Advanced Pivot Table Customization

I am looking for a pivot table expert who can bring advanced features to my data analysis tool.
- Calculated Fields: The core requirement is to create calculated fields, specifically subtraction, using the same data (but of different periods, for example, I have a data table that lists sales for multiple periods, if I pivot on 2 different years, how can I create a calculated field that subtract one year from the other, when the field is the same) that is presented in the pivot table.
- Functionality: The table should have all the typical functionalities of advanced pivot tables, such as filtering data, calculating totals and subtotals, and grouping data.
I'm looking to have this project completed as soon as possible. Experience in pivot table customization and advanced Excel functionalities is a must.
