I'm seeking an experienced individual or team who can efficiently design an extensive Microsoft Form to conduct a quote tender exercise or survey. The prime requirements are as follows:
- Development of a massive and complex survey having over 50 questions
- The form must provide the capability for document submissions or uploading for many questions
- The project must be concluded within a month from starting
- There will be 3-4 companies filling in the survey and within same time period. Ideally want results analysed if Fomrs permit it?
- Ideally the form is designed with our logo and branding
