Advanced Google Spreadsheet Development

I'm looking for a skilled freelancer to enhance my Google Spreadsheet with a few specific features

1. Protect on Edit Functionality: I'd like to add a protection mechanism that ensures the spreadsheet can be edited by all users but avoids accidental changes to existing data.
2. Automated Data Analysis: I'm looking to automate the process of data analysis in the spreadsheet. Your solution should be efficient and user-friendly.
3. Make analysis available in existing web page
3. Export to other existing database

It is important that the sheet can be accessed and run from Google Workspace with mainstream browsers without requiring usr to download extensions, run scripts, etc

Happy to work on time based payments and will contract item 1 first and then move onto others sequentially subject to successful and timely completion of previous.
