Advanced Google Calendar Integration Development

I'm looking for a google calendar that can have 4 tabs. 3 different type of staff members needed; AA, PCT, RN. I also need a tab for a list of staff. Lastly, I need to code some of the days as care plan, pt labs, PTO.
