Job Description:
We are a financial planning firm seeking an experienced Excel professional to build a structured and automated Investment Action Tracker Workbook. This tool will help us manage and review delayed or staged investment actions for our clients.

? Scope of Work:
1. Create a central “Summary” sheet that lists:
o Tracking ID (e.g. “QTR 1 - 15”)
o Client Name
o Adviser Code
o Platform / Account Numbers
o Stage of Action (e.g., Ready to Implement, In Progress)
o Date Commenced
o New fields to be included:
 Reason for Delay (dropdown list)
 Next Review Date (with conditional formatting)
 Action Notes
 Hyperlink to the client-specific worksheet
2. Each client action will have a separate worksheet (already created) with implementation details. The summary sheet must link to each one.
3. Create a Dashboard sheet with automated counts:
o Total pending actions
o Actions due today
o Actions due this week
o Actions grouped by Adviser and by Reason
4. Add a “Reports” sheet that dynamically pulls:
o Actions due today
o Optionally: Actions due this week, or by Adviser
5. Include a separate “SOP” sheet (standard operating procedure) with clear instructions on how to use and maintain the tracker (we will provide the content).
6. Bonus (optional): Ability to extract adviser-specific reports and export/share them weekly.

• Must use Excel formulas (Excel 365 preferred)
• Conditional formatting for upcoming/overdue actions
• Dynamic summaries (using FILTER, COUNTIFS, etc.)
• Optional: VBA/macro enhancements if needed
