Advanced Excel Sales and Transaction Template

I am seeking an expert in advanced Excel functions to replicate an existing template we use in our MS ONEDRIVE OFFICE 365 subscription for recording sales and transaction information.
The project has the following requirements:
- Proficiency in Advanced functions (Array Formulas, Macros) is a must, due to the complexity of formulas used in our existing template.
- Freelancers will be tasked to create formulas that auto-calculate cells across various sections within the template.
- We prefer freelancers who can provide detailed project proposals. This will aid in our selection process by demonstrating your plan of execution and understanding of the project requirements.
