I am seeking a proficient Excel expert to build a multifunctional sales proposal tool. The core functions include:
- Entering Data: The tool should accommodate efficient and easy data entry from multiple source files. If this can be automated that would be preferable.
- Sales Calculations: The tool must have the ability to perform various sales calculations and convert source files from multiple currencies to GBP
- Templates: I require outputs to integrate into existing Excel templates for generating client proposals, producing invoices, and confirming projects.
- Automation: Desired features include automatic data sorting and automated calculations to streamline and simplify tasks.
- I have example files I can share which can form basis of design.
Ideal candidates will have experience in Excel, particularly with regards to data calculations, template design, and automation functionality. Practical knowledge of sales models and related software would be a major plus.
