Advanced Excel Program Development

I'm in need of a skilled Excel programmer to create a highly functional and user-friendly tool.
My company uses excel to help us bid large construction jobs. These jobs consist of multiple sheets of data related to labor and materials for various components of the job. For example, we might have a bid to re-side and paint a house. The excel file will have multiple sheets to come up with the final price that the customer sees on that proposal. Examples of sheets in this proposal might be a siding sheet, a trim sheet, and a painting sheet. I need to be able to reverse engineer these sheets in order to pull out the profit margin % on all labor and materials, and come up with an overall profit margin for the job.
This project will require a good deal of task Automation, whereas the software should automate a range of repetitive tasks. The precise nature of these tasks will be discussed further once the project commences.
We will also need a user-friendly Interface so that we can take the information created from the sofware and reuse it in another software program.
Skills and Experience:
- You should have Advanced level proficiency in Excel programming.
- Experience with creating user-friendly interfaces and automating tasks.
- Demonstrable experience with implementing complex data analysis functions in Excel.
No need for the program to interact with other systems, it should be a standalone tool.
