Advanced Excel Production Schedule Revamp
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I'm looking for a proficient Excel expert with a strong background in production planning and forecasting. The task at hand involves revising and enhancing an existing production schedule, enabling it to track more complex parameters and deliver insightful reports.
In particular, the freelancer will need to:
- Incorporate production milestones into the schedule, with these milestones determined by both booked work values and forecasted values.
- Integrate a system for tracking production based on specific booked work values, as well as forecasted values.
- Use parameters such as Steel in Tons and kg, and Pipe fabrication in Diameter inch for forecasting production.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Profound knowledge and experience in Excel and its more advanced features.
- A keen understanding of production planning and forecasting from past experiences.
- Insight into manufacturing, particularly in pre-production and manufacturing scheduling.
Please note that I will share the existing Excel sheet with you as a reference once we start the project. Let's streamline our production!
