Advanced Excel Design Wizard Needed

I'm on the hunt for an expert in upper-level Excel design who will breathe life into my raw data. Your work should include:
- Aesthetic and user-friendly form designs,
- Creation of custom formulas,
- Integration of conditional formatting to facilitate data analysis,
- Not sure about the exact formulas I'd need at this point, but definitely expect some decent use of lookups,
- Ideally, if there are multiple properties, i should be able to one main sheet to review the total income/net worth.
