Advanced Data Analysis for Manufacturing Unit

I am in need of a proficient data analyst who can provide a comprehensive solution to our manufacturing workflow. The scope includes:
- Developing an advanced order planning & costing mechanism specifically for our production unit. The system should be based on Excel and leverage the power of scripts and macros.
- Certain features are a must-have: inventory management, production scheduling, cost optimization, and sales order management.
- Following this, the mechanism will then be utilized to create a management dashboard on PowerBI. Core KPIs to be highlighted on the dashboard include production efficiency, inventory turnover rate, cost per unit produced. In addition, it should also provide a detailed overview of sales and profitability.
The perfect candidate for this project should boast significant experience in data analysis, Excel automation methods, as well as PowerBI or similar data visualization tools. A strong grasp of manufacturing unit workflows and costing mechanisms will be significantly advantageous.
