Advance Excel Proficiency Test Development

As an employer looking to test the excel proficiency of job applicants, I am in need of a freelancer to create an advanced level excel test. This test should accurately assess applicants' skills in the areas of formulas and functions, data analysis and manipulation and formatting and visualization.
Skills and Experience:
- Profound experience with Excel including sound knowledge of advanced formulas and functions.
- Prior experience in creating excel tests or educational materials.
- Strong understanding of data analysis/manipulation techniques.
- Competency in formatting data and visualization features in Excel.
The ideal person for this job has experience in creating similar proficiency tests and has an 'advanced' level understanding of Excel themselves.
