Adjusting encoding in a VBA-encoded

Adjusting encoding in a VBA-encoded workbook (data-entry form). The form should adequately reflect Serbian Latin, Serbian Cyrillic, Macedonian and Bulgarian fonts in tsv tables. Three tables in the three languages are attached, as well as a full list of symbols for the three languages. provides the codes and passwords to the form, if any.
In the tsv table, the symbols should be readable in the following columns:
A: The whole sentence should be readable in the line after ‘#Text=’.

Accordingly, in the form the symbols should be readable in:
the box “Sentence”,
column “Word”
column “Lemma”.
Annotators may need to type in any of these columns, so all symbols should be shown, saved and exported correctly.
