Adding latitude and longitude to excel sheet containing addresses

Need to add latitude and longitude to excel sheet containing addresses and make new column
Excel sheet contains Company name, address , category with latitude and longitude columns.

Only some latitude and longitude of addresses available. Some rows which doesnt have latitude and longitude, needs to be added.
Looking for geocode or similar software to add latitude and longitude to excel sheet with addresses. No restrictions on number of addresses

Add a new Column description which will add data of 2 to 3 columns which will be useful for making description of the Company.
Sample Column Company Name ( Variable ) is located in Column Address ( Variable ) dealing in Category ( Variable )
This may keep on changing , you just need to teach me how to add formula
3. If Company name found duplicate and has different category, need to both Categories and Remove Duplicates record
I need video to be made with explaination so that the people who are doing scraping work can understand by watching the video.
