Add Function To my Existing Google Sheets Program

I have what I believe will be a pretty quick job, I am hoping to get some assistance with! I had a freelancer create a billing system for my families small courier business a few years ago and have been unable to reach him recenrly. Overall it works fantastic, but there are two small functions I am hoping to add.
I would like to have a clickable button (or other solution if not feasible) to apply "After hours" rates and "Cargo van" rates to our existing prices without creating a new "price set" for our customers, as this would mess up the way we itemize by customer when we create bills using the program.
