Accounting Database in Excel

I need an Excel file designed which will be utilised on a dialysis basis for the completion of the business's daily paperwork, the information entered daily should also translate into a master sheet which will automatically tally all totals into a single sheet which will serve as the final month end accounting paperwork. The file will have multiple dependencies and information flowing between multiple sheets/documents. The basic idea is 31 individual sheets for daily closing paperwork, which will flow into 3 master sheets all presenting different reports for easy understanding. A very strong grasp of Excel is required. I will provide more concrete details once candidates are shortlisted.
